Sure! I'm a Full Stack Engineer and I've lived in San Francisco for over 4 years, but I grew up in New Zealand.

Where are you from?

San Francisco is considered home.

Before coming to Lendtable, what were you doing?

I was previously working as a Software Engineer at a company called Nextbite (formerly Ordermark).

What made you choose to come to Lendtable?

Definitely the mission, the solid business model, and the team.

Why is Lendtable's mission important to you?

Anyone should be able to exercise their given opportunity to save and invest for retirement. Taking care of expenses now and saving for the future aren't mutually exclusive and they shouldn't be. I think Lendtable's approach of maximizing one's employer benefits is an amazing way for those who struggle to contribute to their retirement fund due to the lack of finances after allocating current expenses. This genuinely helps people build savings for retirement which in turn provides a potentially more comfortable future for them.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Health and fitness, cleanliness, personal growth.

Where do you look for financial tips and advice?

No where specific at the moment but the Google searches usually lead me to Investopedia, NerdWallet, WalletHub, and various YouTube videos.

What do you consider your greatest financial accomplishment?

Becoming financially independent from my parents for sure.

Forget perfection and take risks. Fail fast, fail often, fail forward.
