I’m from Heppner, a small town in Eastern Oregon.
Before Lendtable, I was a program manager at Plaid and before that I managed Operations at a loan servicing startup.
The team and the product itself! It was clear from the very first email that Lendtable is a mission-driven company and the folks here are caring, smart, and ready to get things done.
The stats are clear–not enough people are saving for retirement, and it’s not because they don’t want to. Lendtable is a product that helps people invest in their future–a super impactful and far-reaching initiative.
I’m all about food–new restaurants, cooking, baking, and enormous family dinners. I love a good tiki bar, of which SF has many. I enjoy museums (Legion of Honor and the Fogg are my favorite). I find languages fascinating and have attempted to learn many and when I feel like being a couch potato, I binge the occasional k-drama.
My aunt and NerdWallet. I’m excited to learn more here!
I bought a house a couple years ago! It was very scary and something I never thought I’d be able to do when I moved here. It’s definitely been a learning curve but I feel very lucky every time I walk in the door.
Everything is going to be A-OK! You can prioritize self-care and rest.
Summer ☀️
I always straighten a frame when it’s tilted.
Vietnamese (my SF faves so far: Yummy Yummy, Pho Day, and Jasmine Garden)
Besides San Francisco? Valletta, Malta (speaking of amazing food).
NA: Lemonade Alcoholic: an Aviation or any tiki drink
Maggie is technically a nickname already (my family, who decided my name, felt that Margaret was too old-fashioned).
I’m excited to be here and to learn from everyone!
